NewsBox: a Monthly Service

Two services are provided: the News Server which feeds the items into your News Box. There is a a fixed monthly charge for this. You do not have to add more web server capacity.

Second, our editors find, filter and load the news items into the approval section for you to approve. Weekly, an e-mail summary of what was sent to you for approval is mailed to you. You decide how often you want your News Box updated.

News Box Services:

• 1. Write company description.
  
• 2. Create key word list: 12 positive, 12 negative, maximum..
  
• 3. Technical support for adding News Box to existing web site.
  
• 4. Posting of initial news content (typically 15 stories).
  
• 5. Call-in technical support (see below for times).
  
• 6. Weekly e-mails confirming updates.
  
• 7. Maintain news item database.
  
• 8. Software updates, as available.
  

Charged Items:

• News Server Charges (monthly)
  
• Set-up Charge (one-time charge)
  
• Load New Stories (Minimum 5 new stories per week)
  
• Terms: Credit card or Purchase Order
